Apprenticeship to become a warehouse
logistics specialist
During your apprenticeship as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/x), you will acquire a wide range of skills and knowledge that will enable you to handle raw and finished goods safely and responsibly.
You will learn how to store raw materials and finished goods effectively and safely, including checks to ensure quality and shelf life. You will also be trained to correctly pick goods orders, paying particular attention to accuracy and hygiene. You will learn to check raw materials for quality, freshness and integrity and to ensure that they comply with applicable standards and regulations. You will learn physical inventory techniques to ensure that inventories are accurate and up to date. You will be introduced to inventory management software and other technologies that help monitor inventory, track orders, and collect data for reporting purposes. During your apprenticeship as a warehouse logistics specialist, you will have the opportunity to learn valuable teamwork skills so that you can support the team with their daily duties.
Your successful profile:
- General Certificate of Secondary Education or lower secondary education certificate with very good marks
- Good technical knowledge and some experience with IT systems
- Reliable and flexible
- Enjoy learning new things
- Independent, diligent and determined
