Dough maker

Your tasks:

  • Prepare doughs according to recipe
  • Receive raw materials, take and retain random samples, proper storage
  • Test sensory characteristics of raw materials
  • Check stocked materials for best-before date and temperature
  • Provide raw materials to production
  • Maintain all relevant documentation, including traceability system
  • Perform quality inspections
  • Perform and document cleaning work
  • Check and ensure compliance with applicable HACCP regulations

Your successful profile:

  • You have completed training as a baker, confectioner, meat packer, butcher, cook or similar in the food industry
  • You are comfortable working independently and are always ready to lend a hand
  • You are reliable, physically fit and have a good command of German
  • You stay calm and organised even in stressful situations and recognise problems on your own
  • You are determined and solution-orientated
  • You must be willing to work in shifts
  • Experience in the food industry is desired
